EQUIP 💻💖🌟

This week in our Equip program the girls started working on their résumé’s. The girls that created a résumé last semester packaged Girlie Goods bags for local schools! ✨

This week our EMOWER class focused on creating healthy sleep habits. The girls were led in a workshop by Natalie to learn about the importance of sleep, the benefits, and the health concerns with lack of sleep. 🛌😴
